Both Dr. Wilhelmus and Dr. Van De Walle know the importance of keeping your body healthy- after all, it’s the only one you will ever have.

Why? How?

Stretching is a great way to keep your body loose and limber.  The muscles can get tight and seize up, making certain areas of your body prone to injury.  We are encouraging patients to take a more active role in their care.  Stretching will help the adjustments last longer, allowing the body to heal.

Exercising is important for obvious reasons.  Our experience is that people want to exercise but don't know how and would rather do nothing than do the wrong thing.  Our assessments will allow us to provide you with an exercise programme.  It might be very simple.  Some are very complex.  Either way, your involvement with care is important!
